• Withdrawal requests are processed after identity verification is completed
• Processing times depend on the payment method and may take up to 72 hours
• Bizbon N.V. reserves the right to request additional documents before approving a withdrawal
• Funds deposited into your account are not subject to interest

Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled unless a cash-out option is open at the time
• In the event of a voided or cancelled match, bets will be settled according to the specific sport rules outlined in the app
• If a technical error results in incorrect odds or duplicate bets, Bizbon N.V. reserves the right to void the affected wagers

Bonuses and Promotions

• Each bonus has its own terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible games or events
• Abuse of promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to bypass restrictions, or coordinated betting — will result in bonus removal and possible account suspension
• Bizbon N.V. reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn

Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Mostbet APP:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors for personal gain
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes or odds

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about a bet settlement, transaction, or any other aspect of the service contact our support team first. We aim to resolve all disputes within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to the Curaçao Gaming Authority as the licensing regulator.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao. By using the Mostbet APP, you agree that any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao.
